Mindfulness is now considered ‘best practice’ for helping with depression, anxiety, chronic stress and pain management. Mindfulness teaches us to become more aware of our mind and body and helps to develop our innate wisdom that perhaps has been shrouded in the stress of the daily grind of life.  Any one can reap great benefits from developing a mindfulness meditation practice.  While counselling helps people resolve certain issues, personal coaching helps take people who are already functioning fairly well to the next level.
